This special online gathering brings together movement, breath, and community from all around the world.

We’ll begin with a chat about the nervous system, looking at it from a different lens than you might be used to – why flexibility (instead of just regulation) is the goal. From there, we’ll put what we learned into action so you can truly feel and integrate it all. We'll go into 30 minutes of accessible, body-weight exercises, and finish with 30 minutes of slow, grounding yin yoga to stretch, unwind, and restore.

Whether you are new to these practices or experienced, this retreat is an opportunity to reset, ground, and expand, all from the comfort of your own home.
