Cancellation Policy

Retreat Booking & Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your space is confirmed only once Samui Island Retreats has received your deposit. Payment installment options may be available and, if selected, remaining payments will be automatically charged according to the agreed schedule. All payments must be completed before the retreat begins. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@samuiislandretreats.com . The following cancellation terms apply: • The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. • Cancellations made more than 31 days prior to the retreat start date: The deposit remains non-refundable; however, any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded. • Cancellations made 31 days or fewer prior to the retreat start date: 100% of the retreat price is non-refundable. • A non-refundable deposit is included in all pricing options. In the event of cancellation, this portion of the payment is retained. If a participant is unable to attend, their booking may be transferred to another participant with written approval from Samui Island Retreats. Any transfer arrangements are the responsibility of the original participant. Samui Island Retreats reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural events, insufficient enrollment, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, all payments received will be fully refunded. Travel expenses and other personal costs are not reimbursable. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance. Your policy should cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, travel delays, and any retreat-related activities. Please ensure your insurance provides coverage in Thailand and for all activities included in your retreat experience. Thank you for your understanding and trust.
